Sunday has become baking day, i make all the biscuits, cakes & slices we need for the week.
i try to make at least one new thing a week,
this week it was 2 Orange & raisin slice & melting moments cookies, i have not made either of these before.
the slice was amazing i got the recipe from 'the sweet grass ranch' a working ranch in Montana where you can go & stay.
i also got their recipe for their spinach-mushroom egg bake, just like a quiche with no pastry base, i made it for tea on Saturday & everyone loved it {& leftovers on Sunday}.
